Eligibility for Returns
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product is defective due to a manufacturing issue.
- The product is expired or has less than 30 days remaining before the expiration date at the time of delivery.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The product received is incorrect or does not match your original order.
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
- The customer ordered the wrong product.
- The customer changed their mind or no longer wants the product.
How to Request a Return

Include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Product name(s)
- Description and photo of the issue
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free of charge for products that meet the eligible return conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
